Car Hire
Creating travel itineraries isn’t just about booking airline tickets; at TAT|BCD we do everything, from arranging your Visas, to arriving at your destination, and then what happens when you get there.
Ground arrangements are an integral part of our services: car rentals, airport pickups, and hotel transfers for both individuals and large groups. In Zimbabwe our primary car-hire partners include Muthengo Travel Tours, and Impala Car Rental; globally we prefer Avis and Europcar, both with a strong international presence and great track records. For transfer services in Harare we offer our spacious, air-conditioned 15-seater van, ideal for corporate travellers, transport to and from events, or just family and friends taking a road trip around Zimbabwe, ensuring both safety and comfort.
Visa Service
With different procedures, laws and local anomalies to contend with, getting visas can be daunting and confusing. Don’t let it ruin your trip; we can make it easy for you.
How can we help?
Firstly, by advising on visa requirements and updates. Then compiling the documents, completing the application forms, sending them (by FedEx, usually) and arranging appointments if need be. Then by tracking progress. Mostly we do Canada, Australia, America, Thailand, and the UK, but we’ll deal with any and every country on a case by case basis.
Group Travel Services
Travel itineraries for group tours are the same as a normal itineraries, subject to the same research and attention to detail by one of our trained professionals, only more so. Because they’re bigger and better, with – hopefully – bigger discounts. And we’ve been arranging them since 1999.
Firstly, we elicit your travel goals from you, or help you create them. Then, with the help of our affiliate organisations – including an extensive list of contacts throughout the world – conduct in-depth research, from which we craft day-to-day itineraries. So, whether you’re a sports team flying abroad to compete, or a church organization on a pilgrimage elsewhere in the world, or a group of friends who want to play cards in a dormant volcano in Tonga… TAT | BCD will arrange it for you.
